Procedures for Response to NOP: The District is now accepting written comments from agencies and members of the public regarding the scope and content of the Draft EIR for the proposed project. Due to the time limits mandated by State law, your comments must be submitted in writing at the earliest possible date, but not later than 30 days from the date of this notice. Comments from agencies should include a contact person within that agency. Please send comments to the District’s environmental consultant at:
